Governance & Leadership

Guided by people who put children first

St Ultan's Campus is overseen by two dedicated boards who provide governance across our care and education services, safeguarding the highest standards of accountability, oversight and support for every child and family in Cherry Orchard.

Our Governance

How St Ultan's is Governed

Our campus brings care and education together under one roof, guided by two boards working side by side to serve the children, families and community of Cherry Orchard.

Two Boards

A Board of Management for our school and a Board of Directors for our care and community services. The two boards share a chairperson and hold joint meetings every quarter.

Oversight & Accountability

Our boards set the strategic direction, provide financial oversight and uphold safeguarding and governance across every service we offer.

Rooted in the Community

Our boards share a deep commitment to the children, families and wider community of Cherry Orchard, and to its future.

Lisa Clancy

Lisa Clancy

Community Representative

A Cherry Orchard native and mother of two boys, one a past pupil of St Ultan's now in post-primary and a preschooler eager to begin his journey there, I spent over 20 years working in Funds Administration in Dublin's IFSC.

I am a recent UCD graduate with a Certificate in Women, Gender, and Social Justice, with plans to further my studies. My community and governance experience includes currently serving as the Cherry Orchard Community Representative on the Liffey Partnership Board of Directors and advocating for a new building on St Seton's Secondary School's An Tús Nua committee.
